No buildings will be allowed in this area <br /> and only uses conforming with all FAA regulations shall be <br /> permitted . <br /> h. A copy of the " through—the—fence" access permit shall be <br /> provided to the Planning Division prior to issuance of the <br /> building permit . <br /> 1 . Details of a landscaping and irrigation plan shall be <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan. As an alternative , three <br /> copies of a separate landscaping and irrigation plan shall <br /> be submitted to the Director . ' In either case , landscape <br /> details shall include a key showing size , type , number , <br /> and spacing of all proposed plantings . Details of an <br /> automatic and timed sprinkler system shall be shown. All <br /> approved landscaping and sprinklers , as shown on the site <br /> plan , shall be in place prior to initiation of the use . <br /> A 27 ' wide landscaped area shall be provided along the <br /> frontage of the access road and planted in the following <br /> manner : <br /> 1 . Trees : Trees shall be spaced no further than <br /> 25—feet on center . Trees shall be a <br /> minimum one—inch caliper and 15 <br /> gallon size at the time of planting <br /> and shall be double—staked . The tree <br /> type shall be selected from the <br /> County 's tree list . <br /> 2 . Shrubs : Shrubs shall be spaced not to exceed <br /> 10—feet on center , with 20Z being <br /> 5—gallons and 80% being 1—gallon. <br /> 3. Groundcover : Groundcover shall be utilized in all <br /> remaining areas designated for <br /> landscaping. <br /> The landscaped areas adjacent to the buildings and parking <br /> area shall be planted in the following manner : <br /> 1 . Planter areas shall contain shrubs and /or living <br /> ground cover : concrete , asphalt , and any surface <br /> material including rocks or bark area not acceptable . <br />
