The Conditions of Approval for SA-88-61 <br /> are attached to and are a part of the Development Agreement . <br /> At the Planning Commission hearing of October 20, 1988, a con- <br /> tinuance for the Development Agreement was requested because five <br /> conditions of SA-88-61 had been appealed.
