DEVELOPER further agrees that it will comply with all <br /> necessary modifications to the Improvement Plan to accommodate <br /> this Specific Road Plan, and Frontage Road improvements, <br /> including any necessary roadway dedication. The parties <br /> acknowledge that this Agreement by COUNTY is a material con- <br /> sideration for DEVELOPER' S cooperation and participation, as spe- <br /> cifically set forth herein. <br /> Section 4. Cooperation-Implementation <br /> A. Processing. DEVELOPER will, in a timely manner, provide <br /> COUNTY with all documents, applications, plans and other infor- <br /> mation necessary for the COUNTY to carry out its obligations <br /> hereunder and cause COUNTY'S planners, engineers, and all other <br /> consultants to submit in a timely manner all required materials <br /> and documents therefor. It is the express intent of DEVELOPER <br /> and COUNTY to cooperate and diligently work, to implement any <br /> General Plan amendment, zoning, final development plan and/or <br /> other land use, grading or building permits or approvals which <br /> are necessary or desirable in connection with the development of <br /> the Project Site in substantial conformance with the goals <br /> established by this Development Agreement . <br /> B. Other Governmental Permits. In addition, DEVELOPER <br /> shall apply in a ,timely manner for such other permits and appro- <br /> vals as may be required by FAA and other governmental or quasi- <br /> governmental agencies having jurisdiction over the Project in <br /> connection with the development o£-, or provisions of service$.-to, <br /> the Project.
