The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or the EPA Design Manual for on-site wastewater treatment and disposal systems is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. b. A concrete structure was observed on this site. Further investigation as to whether this is an abandoned well or historical irrigation pipeline will need to be provided to the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of a building permit. If a well is found, it shall be destroyed by a C-57 licensed contractor under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department prior to the issuance of a building permit.
