f. ANIMAL REGULATIONS: The following animal regulations apply and shall be provided: <br /> (1) All animal enclosures, including but not limited to pens, cages, and feed areas, <br /> shall be maintained free from litter, garbage, and excessive accumulation of <br /> manure so as to discourage the proliferation of flies, other disease vectors, and <br /> offensive odors. The premises shall be maintained in a neat and sanitary <br /> manner. (Development Title Section 9-1045.7(b)) <br /> (2) Except for movement on and off the property, animals shall not be kept or <br /> maintained in coops, pens, corrals, or within barns or similar structures closer <br /> than 40 feet from any rear or side property line.
