(DISTRICT 3). <br /> APPLICANT: John and Anne Marie Silverton APN: 092-070-21 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood <br /> Insurance Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplains and floodway areas, are currently <br /> being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management <br /> Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94219, telephone <br /> (415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks. The official flood maps <br /> are available for review at the Department of Public Works, 1 810 East Hazelton Avenue, <br /> Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> North 99 Frontage Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way <br /> width of 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $1 ,059.00 per <br /> 1 ,000 gross square foot of building as Service Commercial or $151 .96 per additional daily <br /> trip-end generated in the Stockton area.
