The subject parcel is approximately 33 acres,
The Development Plan for the proposed marina indicates
that 20 of the 33 acres will be developed through this
Use Permit. However, the proiect will be developed in
phases. Phase I will be built first, encompassing
approximately seven acres and a portion of the covered
berths. Phase II will occur at a later date which
will include the development of the remaining 20 acres.
The rest of the parcel may be used to expand the recrea-
tion vehicle parking area. A separate Use Permit will
be required for this expansion. This EIR addresses
the impacts from the project only through Phase II.
Page 2, New Paragraph 3
(Add) 9) Pump out facilities will be provided at the fuel
dock and the sewage will be piped to the treatment
ponds.
