A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> a septic tank system must be performed prior to issuance of a building <br /> permit. A review fee of$156.00 is required at time of submittal to the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 2.
