3. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time <br /> of development. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.3) <br /> 4. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil <br /> separator and discharged to an above ground system approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. This system must be designed by a <br /> registered engineer. The material collected in the above ground holding <br /> system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. <br /> Specific test requirements may be obtained from the Environmental <br /> Health Division. A $156.00 plan check fee is required at the time of <br /> submittal. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 5. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with <br /> County Office of Emergency Services. <br /> (COND/EHD) <br /> 6. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain a EPA <br /> identification number and comply with applicable regulations. <br /> (COND/EHD) <br /> 7. Contact the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> regarding filing a retention pond used for storm water drainage. <br />
