The 100-year Flood Elevation will be <br /> approximately 29 feet NGVD and —foot above natural ground. <br /> Newton Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1.
