The frontage improvements fcr Newton Road shall be constructed in conformance <br /> with the standards for one-half of a 60-foot right-of-way local industrial street. The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by the owner <br /> of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred <br /> Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their <br /> estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. A $260.00 fee <br /> currently is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a <br /> copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the required frontage improvements. The <br /> estimate shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing <br /> on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to the <br /> Department of Public Works for approval. As an option, the Department of Public Works <br /> will prepare the drawing and estimate for an additional fee of $115.00. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $1,115.00 per <br /> 1,000 gross square foot of building as Service Commercial or $160.04 per daily trip-end <br /> generated in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each <br /> year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record.) Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee credit from the old site may be transferred to the <br /> new site. <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-179, R-95-650 and R-96-592) <br /> 5. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. <br /> The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee currently is <br /> $393.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building as Service Commercial. The fee shall be <br /> automatically increased on January 1 of each year through the year 2005 at the rate of <br /> 7.66 percent. A credit may be given for business relocation. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 6. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 7.
