e. ACCESS: The following access requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall be a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire <br /> department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5(h)[1]) <br /> f. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of <br /> Newton Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020.7) <br /> (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed and dust free. <br /> g. SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be <br /> included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be se back a minimum of five (5) feet from <br /> any future right-of-way line, including any corner cut-off (snipe). (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 17%2[g]) <br /> h. UNIFORM FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Department for a building permit. <br /> (1) A complete review at building permit submittal will require compliance with applicable codes and <br /> ordinances. <br /> (2) Fire flow and hydrants will be provided for the proposed project by the use of: <br /> A. Appendix III-A and III-B of the California Fire Code, or <br /> B. NFPA 1142 of the National Fire Code. <br /> (3) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with section 902.2 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> (4) Key Boxes: A Knox box shall be installed according to the local fire department's instructions <br /> (5) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Standard 10-1 of <br /> Volume 2. <br /> 2.
