The 100 year Flood Elevation will be approximately 29 Feet NGVD. In addition,the <br /> existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies , which delineate <br /> flood risks, floodplain and floodway areas, are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is <br /> being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, <br /> Presidio of San Francisco, California 94129-1250, telephone (415) 923-7186. The reevaluation <br /> may delineate additional flood risks. The official flood maps are available for review at the <br /> Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be <br /> updated when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Newton Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) j <br /> 2. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer and Agreement to Dedicate Road to result in <br /> in a forty-two (42) foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Newton Road to the <br /> property line across the parcel's frontage. (A $280.00 fee currently is,required for <br /> processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2. in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed <br /> and a legal description of the parcel to be offered for dedication.)
