(Supervisorial District 4) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Steve Baker APPLICANT: Dillon &Murphy <br /> ADDRESS: 28001 N.Nichols Road, Galt APN: 005-080-10 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. The <br /> 100-year Flood Elevation will be approximately 35 feet NGVD. <br /> Nichols Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40-feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50-feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The maximum total number of people for any event is 135. If events are held for more than 135 people, <br /> Public Works reserves the right to require a traffic study to be performed to determine the impacts and <br /> mitigation of the proposed project. The applicant shall deposit funds with the County for all costs, as <br /> estimated by the Department of Public Works Transportation Planning Division,prior of Department of <br /> Public Works preparing or contracting for the required study.
