According to information in the files, <br /> the case involved a drug lab site at a residence on the west side of Patton Avenue. The interior of the <br /> v house was tested for hazardous chemicals, the septic tank was pumped, and soil borings were taken <br /> from the septic leach line area. EHD recommended on March 4,2004 that the drinking water well on <br /> the property should be tested for the chemicals in question. The results of this testing were not available <br /> for review. <br /> 4 The UST Program Fadlity Inventory by Facility Name,dated April 11,2001,was also searched at the EHD <br /> on October 11, 2004 for the names of Huerta and Fraser. No records were found for the subject �3 <br /> property. <br /> 3Z3 San Joaquin County Office ofEmergency Services <br /> f The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) web site was searched on October 6, <br /> �• 2004 in an attempt to determine whether a hazardous materials inventory is on file for the subject <br /> property. No listings were found for the subject property addresses of 11255 and 11515 East Norman <br /> Avenue, or for the names of Huerta or Fraser. <br /> According to Ms. Michelle Halliwell of the OES,no incident reports are on file at that agency for the /3 v <br /> subject property or properties within one-quarter mile (personal communication, October 11,2004). <br /> A review of the "Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge" files within one-quarter mile of the <br /> subject property was conducted on October 11,2004. The following notices within one-quarter mile <br /> were found for the dates January 1995 through the present: <br /> 519 N. Patton Ave. 9/12/03 Drug lab waste <br /> 72 N. Patton Ave. 4/2/03 Methamphetamine lab <br /> 4 The case at 519 North Patton is discussed above. Copies of the incident reports were not available on <br /> L the date of the file review. <br /> 3.1.4 San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner <br /> 6 <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted regarding use of agricultural <br /> chemicals on the subject property.
