No permits were found for the (3 IJ <br /> subject property addresses of 11255 and 11515 East Norman Avenue. <br /> ` 3.L6 Site Reconnaissance <br /> Lk A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted on September 28,2004. Photographs <br /> of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. A site visit/assessment checklist is <br /> attached to this report as Appendix D. <br /> The subject property was observed to consist of fallow agricultural land with the foundations of two <br /> structures near its southeast corner. The remains of the irrigation canal which once crossed the subject <br /> property were apparent. The land to the south of the irrigation canal was topographically higher than <br /> �. the land to the north. <br /> While the land to the north of the irrigation canal appeared clean, the land to the south was scattered <br /> with a wide variety of debris, including wood, piles of yard clippings, tarps, peach pits, and broken <br /> concrete and rock. Several paint containers and one automotive chemical container were observed. �� 1 <br /> A sign reading"high voltage"was observed in the debris near the building foundations. <br /> In addition to the debris at the south of the site,an inoperable tractor and disc were observed near the <br /> Lsouthern boundary. <br /> Surrounding properties were surveyed at the time of the site reconnaissance. To the north of the subject <br /> property was pasture land. To the west were rural residences,some with livestock yards. To the south <br /> 6 was the gravel extension of Norman Avenue,followed by fallow agricultural land. A rural residence and <br /> fallow agricultural land lay to the east.
