September 9, 2005 <br /> NOA Project Number: E05106B <br /> dw 3.2 On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> One septic permit was found for the Site address of 11573 Norman Avenue during file review at <br /> EHD on August 23, 2005. The permit, dated March 3, 1988,is for the installation of a 1200 gallon <br /> ` tank and two 50 foot leach lines with 3.5 by 25-foot deep seepage pits to serve the residence. <br /> ' 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> No septic repair permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on August, 2005. <br /> .J <br /> ` 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed <br /> ` a 1993 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Microsoft Terraserver. We counted <br /> the building clusters within one square mile of the Site,and made the assumption that each building <br /> cluster has one septic system.
