Recorded Land Title Records <br /> _ A preliminary title report was provided by the client for NOA's use in preparing this report. The <br /> preliminary title report offered no new, pertinent information to this investigation. <br /> _ B. Aerial Photographs <br /> Aerial photographs depicting the subject property dated 1937, 1952, 1963, 1975 and 1983 were <br /> _ reviewed at the San Joaquin County Surveyor's Office in Stockton, California. <br /> 1937 -A small building is apparent on the southwest corner of the subject property. The remaining <br /> land of the subject property is vacant. The land that surrounds the subject property is vacant. <br /> 1952 - Another building is on the subject property, set back from the road. No other significant <br /> changes were discernible from the 1937 photograph, described above. <br /> 1963 - The subject property appears to be used for agriculture with the exception of the <br /> aforementioned house. No other significant changes were discernible from the 1952 photograph, <br /> described above. <br /> 1975 - The buildings previously described on the subject property are no longer apparent. The <br /> subject property appears to be vacant with no use. The property to the north of the subject property <br /> has long buildings on it, probably associated with livestock. No other significant changes were <br /> discernible from the 1963 photograph, described above. <br /> 1983 -A building that appears to be the current residence is apparent on the subject property. The 2J <br /> circular driyeway is apparent. The remainder ofthe subject property appears to be vacant. There <br /> appears to be other residences to the west and southwest of the subject property. No other significant <br /> changes were discernible from the 1975 photograph, described above. <br /> C. USGS Topographic Maps <br /> r <br /> The topographic quadrangle depicting the subject property is the U.S. Geological Survey, Stockton <br /> East, California, 7.5 minute Series(topographic)quadrangle map. The Stockton East quadrangle was <br /> available from the years of 1952 and 1968, as wells as editions of the 1968 map photorevised in the <br /> years of 1976 and 1987. <br />
