July 1,2003 <br /> NOA ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT NUMBER LE03-201 <br /> 1952-Norman and Sibley Avenues are depicted. There is a house depicted on the subject property. <br /> There are several other houses depicted along the aforementioned roads. <br /> 1968 -No significant changes were discernible from the 1952 edition, described above. <br /> 1976 -No significant changes were discernible from the 1952 edition, described above. <br /> 1987 - A greater number of houses are depicted along the roads of the area. No other significant <br /> changes were discernible from the 1952 edition, described above. <br /> VI. INTERVIEWS <br /> An attempt was made to obtain historical as well as current information relative to the subject <br /> property from the property owner or key site manager of the property. The objective of the interview <br /> process is to obtain information indicating recognized environmental conditions in connection with <br /> the proposed project site. An Environmental Questionnaire and Disclosure Statement was completed <br /> by Mr. Armando Huerta, the property owner, for use by NOA for this report. A copy of the <br /> responses have been included in this report as Appendix D. <br /> Information gleaned from the questionnaire submitted and signed by Mr. Huerta includes the facts <br /> that he and his wife,Rar,bara_ bought the ro ertv in 2003 from Mr„and Mrs.Kerry.�r� ith. The 2. <br /> �? <br /> ,.. <br /> Griffiths bought the property in 1993. The current use of the property is a single family residence. , <br /> -- The area of the subject property is zoned R-R, Rural Residential. The subject property is serviced <br /> by a well and septic system. There was no further pertinent information contained within the <br /> questionnaire. <br /> VII. SITE VISIT/ASSESSMENT <br /> A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted prior to the compilation of this report. <br /> Photographs of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A. A site <br /> visit/assessment checklist is attached to this report as Appendix-e''. - <br /> The subject property is located on the north side of East Norman Avenue, east of Sibley Avenue. <br /> The subject property consists of a residence and pasture land (see Photograph 2). The property to <br /> the north of the subject property consists of vacant land and a residence. The vacant land was <br /> presumably part of a livestock operation from the presence of buildings that appear to be in disrepair <br /> -- (see Photograph 3). The property to the south of the subject property, across East Norman Avenue, <br /> consists of a residence. The property to the east is a residence and vacant land. The properties to <br /> the west of the subject property are residences. <br />
