— <br /> — INTRODUCTION& PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> The site is located at 12112 Norman Avenue, in the County of San Joaquin, in Sibley Tract. The <br /> lot is developed with a SFR, well &on-site septic. The Tentative Map has been approved. (PA �f <br /> 05-809)The Parcel Map shows Parcel 1 and a Remainder. The remainder being the developed ' .4.,,7 <br /> parcel and Parcel 1 being the flag lot. The site is at the east end of Norman Avenue, south side. ,2� <br /> '— Both lots have access to Norman Avenue,then South on Sibley Avenue to Copperopolis Road. <br /> The Tentative Parcel Map shows the development on the remainder. Parcel 1 is vacant. There are <br /> no trees, wells,pools, drainage courses or waterways. A crop of oats existed on the parcel at the �J <br /> time of testing. <br /> PRESENT& PAST USES OF THE SITE <br /> Sibley Tract is a residential area. The 1957 Aerial shows agricultural operations in the area of the <br /> site on Norman Avenue. An irrigation ditch runs along the east side of Sibley Tract. (Abandoned) Lz, y <br /> The sites are 2.0 acres minimum and are to small for farming operations, but adequate for SFR's. <br /> — EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> The residence at 12112 was constructed in 1985 by the current owners. They stated they have <br /> never experienced any problems with the septic system. They use a garbage disposal. Norman <br /> and Sibley Avenues were researched at EHD for repairs of record. The results are summarized as <br /> follows: <br /> ADDRESS/SIBLEY AVE. The permit shows the septic system at 12112 was <br /> _ constructed in 1989. Two LL's and two pits were installed.
