The land slopes approximately 5' in 3000'. The new parcel will 2' J <br /> be sold for SFR development. <br /> IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST/CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION <br /> The following sources were researched for any potential or known above or below ground l <br /> sources of contamination at or near the project site: <br /> Environmental Data Resources, ASTM Standards <br /> Agricultural Records of Chemical use <br /> Soil Survey Data <br /> State Environmental Records <br /> Local Environmental Records and Flood Control Maps <br /> Site and Area Review j <br /> Owner Questionnaire <br /> Property Profile or Deed <br /> EDR search records furnished are as follows: <br /> Topographic Maps for the years 1957, 1982, 1993 & 1998 are included and show the transition <br /> to a residential community. The 55' contour runs thru a portion of the parcel /2 <br /> ` 1. <br />
