The permit for the original b) <br /> installation at the site is dated 1989 and included in this report. <br /> The State records do not list any site (REC) on Norman Avenue or Sibley Avenue. <br /> The SJC UST Site Mitigation Database list does not contain any sites on Norman or Sibley (31- <br /> Avenues. <br /> The SJC Agricultural Commissioner's office did not respond to the request for chemical use on <br /> the property. When received it will be forwarded in an Addendum. ' <br /> The data reviewed for on-site and in the study area do not identify any potential or known (31 <br /> above or below ground sources of contamination. <br /> The map, Depth to Water Contours shows approximately 90'to static water. <br /> EVALUATION OF PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION IDENTIFIED AT OR NEAR THE SITE <br /> AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FURTHER ACTION <br /> The parcel size of 2.0 acres, or larger, should be adequate for a SFR, well and on-site septic, /� J <br /> without creating any environmental health problems.
