..� low <br /> The Aerial Photographs included are for the years 1957,1982,1983 & 1998.The 1998 photo <br /> shows Norman Avenue ending prior to reaching the orchard to the east. The residential area is <br /> surrounded by agricultural operations. <br /> The EDR Radius Map w/geo check states the target property was not listed in any of the 6, <br /> databases searched by EDR. No public water supply exists in the area of study No contaminated <br /> sites were listed in the area of study. An abandoned deep well exists in the study area. The well <br /> was plugged in 1973. <br /> The soil is described as somewhat poorly drained and moderately well drained; fine textured soils <br /> that are moderately deep to a cemented hardpan or are very deep and that have been drained in <br /> some areas; on basin rims and in basins. <br /> — <br /> Records of repair to septic systems are few along Norman Avenue. The permit for the original b) <br /> installation at the site is dated 1989 and included in this report. <br /> The State records do not list any site (REC) on Norman Avenue or Sibley Avenue. <br /> The SJC UST Site Mitigation Database list does not contain any sites on Norman or Sibley (31- <br /> Avenues. <br /> The SJC Agricultural Commissioner's office did not respond to the request for chemical use on <br /> the property. When received it will be forwarded in an Addendum. ' <br /> The data reviewed for on-site and in the study area do not identify any potential or known (31 <br /> above or below ground sources of contamination. <br /> The map, Depth to Water Contours shows approximately 90'to static water. <br /> EVALUATION OF PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION IDENTIFIED AT OR NEAR THE SITE <br /> AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FURTHER ACTION <br /> The parcel size of 2.0 acres, or larger, should be adequate for a SFR, well and on-site septic, /� J <br /> without creating any environmental health problems. No problems are associated with the existing <br /> septic system. <br /> CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> We have performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment in conformance with the scope and <br /> limitations of ASTM Practice E 1527 of 12112 Norman Avenue, Stockton, CA. <br /> The assessment has revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions in connection 1 <br /> with the property. <br /> 2. <br />
