PA-0800076 OF SCOTT AND SHELLEY <br /> BAKER (APN: 245-150-48) (20150 NORTH RIPON ROAD, RIPON) <br /> The applicant has submitted a Site Approval application for agricultural truck parking of two trucks <br /> and four trailers. <br /> The General Plan designation is General Agriculture (A/G). The zoning is General Agriculture, <br /> 40-acre minimum (AG-40). <br /> The project is located on the east side of North Ripon Road, 1,700 feet north of Mello Road, north <br /> of Ripon. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the Site Approval application and offers <br /> the following comments: <br /> EXISTING STRUCTURE <br /> The Revised Site Plan indicates an existing shop. Use of this structure as a maintenance <br /> building will require a new building permit. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the Site Approval application <br /> and responses from other agencies, and will be approving the project subject to the <br /> attached conditions. <br /> Site Approval Application No. PA-0800076 was approved by the Community <br /> Development Department on . The effective date of approval is . This approval will <br /> expire on , which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all <br /> Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits <br /> have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other <br /> agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements <br /> shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any <br /> building permits.
