PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
The property is located in a Rural Residential (R-P,)Zone designated by San Joaquin
County 2010 General Plan(http://www.co.san-joaq-ain.ca.us/commdev/cgi-bin/edd.exe).' The R-
R zone is intended to provide for large lot rural homesites within or adjacent to existing rural
communities. Typically, areas in this zone will contain parcels too small to.
. support significant commercial agriculture, yet suitable for residential use without undue
•detriment to the agricultural productivity'of San Joaquin County.
Mr. Bob Jones is proposing a minor subdivision to create three(3) lots.for residential
development. The project site is located along the north side of Quashnick Road, 5,000 feet east
- of State Highway Route 9% Stockton, California(Plate 1)_ The project involves dividing the
3.36 acre parcel into 3 parts. Parcel 1 is to contain 136 acres, and Parcels 2 and 3 are to contain
1.0 acre.
Parcel no. 3 contains a residence.with a well and septics Siem.
