Bridgeford Street, Stockton APN: 177-260-32 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is currently located within the Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area Zone AO.The 100-Year Flood Elevation is approximately I foot,NAVD 1988. <br /> R.A. Bridgeford Street& Simon Street are under Stockton Metropolitan Airport jurisdiction. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each <br /> year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 2. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this application.
