Bridgeford Street, Stockton APN: 1i7-260-32 <br />INFORMATION: <br />The site is currently located within the Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood <br />Hazard Area Zone AO. The 100 -year Flood Elevation is approximately 1 foot, NA V 1.) 1988. <br />R.A. Bridgeford Street &Simon Street are under Stockton Metropolitan Airport jurisdiction. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and payable <br />at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be autorjaatically adjusted July 1 of each <br />year by the Engineering Construction Cast Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br />(Resolution R-00433) <br />2. The Regional Transport <br />ation Impact Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and <br />payable prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. The fee will be based on the current schedule at <br />the time of payment. (Resolution R-06-3 8) <br />3. T'nis project falls within the definition of a Regulated Project as defined in either the Couniy <br />Post - <br />Construction Standards Manual or the County Phase I National Pollutant Discharge Elimination <br />System (NPDES) permit and shall comply with the following conditions: <br />a. A registered professional engineer shall design a system or combination of systems to <br />infiltrate, ixeat, and/or filter the 85th percentile stone drainage as defined in the County's <br />2009 "Storm Water Quality Control Criteria Plan" (SWQCCP) or in the "California <br />Association of Stormwater Quality Agencies" (CASQA) publications and comply with the <br />conditions of the County Phase I National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System <br />(NPDES) permit. Standard "Best Management Practices" for the type of development <br />proposed shall be incorporated into the system design.
