(DISTRICT 3) . <br /> APPLICANT: James Darrah APN: 109-110-18 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The Calaveras River at these sites is located within a Federal Flood <br /> Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. The 100-year Flood <br /> Elevation will be approximately 10 .3 to 10 . 7 feet NGVD. In addition, the <br /> existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, <br /> which delineate flood risks, floodplains, and floodway areas, are currently <br /> being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal <br /> Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of <br /> San Francisco, California 94219, telephone (415) 923-7186 . The <br /> reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks . The Official flood <br /> maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated <br /> when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> River Drive has an existing right-of-way width of 50 to 60 feet and a <br /> planned right-cf-way width of 50 to 60 feet . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 • The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development . The fee is due and payable at the time of improvement <br /> plan application. (The fee currently is $197 . 91 per additional daily <br /> trip-end generated in the Stockton area. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. ) <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167 and R-94-174) <br /> 2 .
