The Assessor's Parcel Numbers (APN) are 089-100-44,
089-100-48 and 089-100-52. The parcel identified as 089-100-44 has been assigned the address
of 2621 North Ramsey Avenue, Linden, California(Plate 1).
The Soil Suitability Nitrate Loading Study was required by the San Joaquin County Development
Title for a proposed use permit. The study was conducted to determine whether the(3)
approximately 12-acre parcels are suitable for septic systems and leach lines, the study was
performed according to the requirements of Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County
Development. Major elements of the field work included the drilling of(3), 3-foot and(3), 25-
foot exploratory soil borings and performing six (6) in-situ percolation tests. An examination of
the soils, review of published soil information, geologic maps, and available ground-water
information was used to estimate suitability of soils. A nitrate loading balance was completed
to estimate the potential impact to ground water. This report presents the results of our study.
2.0 PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
The proposed right of way is for access to (3), 12-acre parcels. There may or may not be
developed for residences. Septic systems and water wells will be installed on the parcels if future
residences are developed.
