September 3,2003 <br /> Job Number:LG03-226 <br /> Page 2 <br /> 3.0 PRESENT AND PAST USE OF THE SITE <br /> An interview in the form of a completed questionnaire was conducted with Mr. Andrew Solari to <br /> determine the history of the site. Information gleaned from the questionnaire submitted and <br /> signed by Mr. Andrew Solari includes the fact that the Sloari Family Trust has owned the <br /> property since 2002,bought from Tomato Food Products, Inc. Tomato Food Products, Inc. ' �J <br /> bought the property in 1998. The current use of the property is general agriculture. The 2003 <br /> product was wheat, while the 2002 product was cannery tomatoes. The property has been used <br /> for the production of kidney beans in the past. The property has always been used for agriculture <br /> and is zoned Ag 40. <br /> ` 4.0 SURROUNDING USAGE <br /> The subject property is bounded by other agricultural properties on all four sides, no roads ajoin 0.3) <br /> the property. There are orchards to the north,west and the west side of the south. To the east <br /> and the east side of the south there is the continuation of the same field as the subject property. <br /> The San Joaquin County Community Development Department indicates the area is within the // <br /> AG-40 zone which is agricultural in nature with a minimum parcel size of forty acres. ( �•1) <br /> A search of relevant septic system and well permit records from the files of the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Division was conducted for addresses near 2621 Ramsey Avenue. <br /> The search located one (1) septic permit in the area of the subject property. Other addresses <br /> nearby had only well and pump permits. High address numbers on Nord Road and low address <br /> numbers on Vignolo and Burge Roads were searched(See Appendix for copies).
