The property to the west is <br /> orchard on its north third. The east quarter of the property to the south is orchard. The property to <br /> the east is orchard. No other significant changes were discernible from the 1952 photograph, <br /> described above. <br /> 1975 -Entire subject property appears to be orchard. No other significant changes were discernible <br /> from the 1963 photograph, described above. <br /> 1983 -No other significant changes were discernible from the 1975 photograph, described above. <br /> C. USGS Topographic Maps <br /> The topographic quadrangle depicting the subject property is the U.S. Geological Survey, Stockton <br /> East, California, 7.5 minute Series (topographic) quadrangle map. The Stockton East quadrangle <br /> was available from the years of 1952, 1968, and the 1968 edition photorevised in 1976 and 1987. <br /> 1952 - The subject property is a portion of the north half of the slanted Section 91. The subject <br /> �- property rests between 45 and 55 feet above mean sea-level and slopes to the west-southwest at less <br /> than 10 feet per mile. There are no features depicted on the subject property. There is an orchard <br /> to the north of the subject property. Railroad tracks approach the subject property from the west and <br /> then curve north within one-quarter mile of the subject property. The railroad tracks are labeled <br /> "Stockton Terminal and Eastern." There are several housed depicted along Linden Road(which will <br /> become State Route 26). <br /> 1968 - Orchards are depicted to the south and the north part of the west of the subject property. <br /> There are more buildings along State Route 26. No further significant changes were discernible from <br /> the 1952 edition, described above. <br /> 1976 -No significant changes were discernible from the 1968 edition, described above. <br /> 1987 -No significant changes were discernible from the 1968 edition, described above. <br /> VI. INTERVIEWS <br /> An attempt was made to obtain historical as well as current information relative to the subject <br /> property from the property owner or key site manager of the property. The objective of the interview <br /> process is to obtain information indicating recognized environmental conditions in connection with <br /> the proposed project site. An Environmental Questionnaire and Disclosure Statement was completed <br /> by Mr. Andrew Solari, the property owner, for use by NOA for this report.
