Ray <br /> Road, Lodi) <br /> ACTION: On July 1, 2008, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved PA- <br /> 0700554 subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. <br /> Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of $353.00. The <br /> 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on July 11, 2008.
