The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to ensure the <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 CCR, Title 22, and Health and Safety Code Sections 16525 <br /> through 16570. <br /> e. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1115.4[e]), as follows: <br /> (1) Install a cement surface seal around the well casing to protect the well casing sufficiently and the <br /> integrity of the well grout. <br /> (2) Provide a sample tap prior to the pressure tank. <br /> f. Submit three sets of food facility construction plans to the Environmental Health Department for <br /> review and approval prior to the beginning of construction (California Health and Safety Code <br /> 27550). <br /> 4 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Michael R. Callahan, 468-3000) <br /> a. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. (Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> b. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin <br /> County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit(Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1145.5) <br /> c The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application The fee currently is $1,509.00 per 1,000 gross square feet <br /> of building designated as Service Commercial in the Tracy area. The fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> d. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits <br /> NOTE: Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one acre of soil shall require a <br /> State NPDES construction permit. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 4 - PA-0500470 <br />
