Next Steps <br /> When the applicant is ready to submit the full application, it will be necessary to do the <br /> following: <br /> • Submit the remaining portion of the Use Permit application fee. <br /> • Submit a new site plan depicting the entire parcel including all structures, square <br /> footage of retail sales space, access driveway and width, required number of <br /> parking spaces, landscaping, screening and signs. <br /> • Submit seven copies of the new site plan <br /> • Submit seven copies of the above application <br /> • Submit one copy of the recorded deed(s) of the property <br /> • Submit one copy of a completed Hazardous Materials Disclosure Survey. <br /> NOTE: The pre-application conference is designed to inform prospective applicants of <br /> General Plan consistency, zoning consistency, public improvement requirements, <br /> preliminary design constraints and opportunities, and major environmental and safety <br /> issues. This information is provided in the hope of assisting the applicant in submitting a <br /> better and more complete application, as well as minimizing processing time. It is not <br /> intended to be an in-depth analysis, and an environmental assessment is not completed. <br /> The applicant should be aware that a detailed review will not be done until the full <br /> application is submitted.
