DILLEY <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Parcel Map is required. (Planning Title Section 9- <br /> 9112) <br /> b. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when <br /> parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to recordation of final map or letter of approval <br /> indicating that: the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage. <br /> b. On remainder parcel construct an individual sewage <br /> disposal system(s) under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> C . On remainder parcel construction of an individual <br /> domestic water well under a well permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development. <br /> 3 . SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT: <br /> a . The owner shall execute the necessary documents and <br /> agreements to provide for the abandonment of service and <br /> the removal of irrigation structures for those <br />
