If irrigation service is to continue, the appropriate private irrigation easements shall be provided. For private irrigation easements, place the following note on map near the location of the easement: "A (size) - foot wide private irrigation easement shall be conveyed across (lots) (parcels) (nos. ) at the time of conveyance.
