If irrigation service is to continue, the appropriate <br /> private irrigation easements shall be provided. For <br /> private irrigation easements, place the following note on <br /> map near the location of the easement: <br /> "A (size) - foot wide private irrigation <br /> easement shall be conveyed across (lots) (parcels) <br /> (nos. ) at the time of conveyance. Pipeline to be <br /> installed at owner ' s expense. <br /> C. The owner shall grant easements of sufficient width for <br /> all District facilities which may exist on subject <br /> property to serve as a replacement for any prescriptive <br /> and/or unrecorded easements that are present. All <br /> existing recorded or newly dedicated District easements <br /> shall be shown on the survey map prior to its recording. <br /> d. If the homesite area is lower than adjacent irrigated <br /> property, a permanent berm or ditch will need to be <br /> constructed around the homesite parcel to prevent <br /> accidental flooding from irrigation water. Property <br /> owner shall either verify field elevations or submit a <br /> written statement to District indicating that property in <br /> question is not subject to flooding from adjacent <br /> irrigated property. <br /> e. A copy of the Parcel Map shall be provided to the <br /> District Engineering Department for review to ensure that <br /> the above conditions have been satisfied. <br /> 4 . DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. The lot shown as a remainder on the approved Tentative <br /> Map shall be recorded as "Parcel 2" on the Parcel Map. <br /> 5 . SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a . Pursuant to Section 66474 . 9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br /> local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency <br /> or its agents, officers, or employees to attack, set <br /> aside, void, or annul an approval of the local <br />
