The owner ha no owledge <br /> of improper above ground storage chemicals on the subject parcels. <br /> ' 3.3 Description of All Current On-Site Potential and/or Known Above and Below <br /> Ground Sources of Contamination Identified at the Project Site: Presently there are no <br /> underground storage tanks on the property and visual inspection did not produce any evidence of <br /> ' buried containers, as well as no odors that would be associated with buried chemical tanks. <br /> There are buildings on the property where some fertilizers and other chemicals for agricultural <br /> use are stored. There are no above ground fuel tanks on the site. On-site storm water dissipates <br /> through either percolation, evaporation, or runoff to the river. <br /> 3.4 Description of All Past Off-Site Potential and/or Known Above and Below Ground <br /> ' Sources of ContaTinati n Identified in the Area of the Project Site: Past off-site potential <br /> for contaminatio is low. he subject parcels are located in an agricultural community. <br /> 3.5 Description of all Present Off-Site Potential and/or Known Above and Below Ground <br /> Sources of Contamination enti ed in the Area of the Project Site: Present off-site <br /> potential for contamination is to . There is no knowledge of below ground sources of <br /> t contamination in the area 4fthee project site that has or may impact the project site. <br /> 4.0 EVALUATION OF PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION IDENTIFIED AT OR NEAR THE SITE AND <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FURTHER ACTION: <br /> ' 4.1 Evaluation of Each Potential and/or Known Source of Contamination Identified for <br /> any Real and/or Potential Threat to Human Health and the Environment: The depth to <br /> ground water in this area is approximately 45 fegt� Due to this depth, any pesticides, <br /> ' insecticides, and fertilizers used on the property in the past or present would hav a riio -rat <br /> impact to the ground water. <br /> ' 5.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS SECTION: <br /> 5.1 Discussion of the Above Evaluation: There are no chemical containers for fuel storage <br /> ' tanks on this site,thus the potential for contamination is low.
