Other require,nerts may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. A soil suitability/nitrate loe Jing study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be submitted to the Environmental He:i:lth Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The studies must be appry ved by the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaqul rj Clxanty Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$494.00 must be paid at time of s&l,ititt,:al to the Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal sy;,tem shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval.
