Fart• ;ipation in the SJMSCP satisfies requirements of both the state and federal <br /> endangered species acts, aerd ensures that the impacts are mitigated below a level of sigri'rflcance in <br /> compliance;with the Califtmia Environmental Quality Act(CEQA).
