Basic Resources, Inc. is a holding company providing administrative, accounting, auditing, <br /> safety, environmental, insurance, bonding, and other technical services for George Reed, Inc. <br /> and Aggregates, Inc. The information presented in the original Form 200 application is an <br /> accurate reporting of the facility owner and land owner. Enclosed with this correspondence is <br /> a copy of the Grant Deed identifying Aggregates, Inc. as the landowner. [Attachment A] <br /> 2. Enclosed please find a "Hazardous Materials Management Plan" map identifying areas where <br /> petroleum or other hazardous materials are stored. [Attachment B] <br /> 3. Per your conversation with Jeff Black from North Star Engineering on 27 November 2007, a <br /> revised water balance is enclosed to provide further clarification regarding flow rates, storage <br /> capacities, and wastewater generation rates. [Attachment C] <br /> 4. Per the conference call on 30 November 2007 between you, Don Deem, and myself, enclosed <br /> is a letter and attachment from Mr. Deem further describing the general function of the wet <br /> scrubber system on the Asphalt Plant and its isolation from asphalt oil during the processing <br /> of asphaltic concrete materials.
