Aesthetics <br /> The area around the project site is primarily rural farmland and ranchettes. The immediate area between the <br /> proposed mine site and the processing facility is all farmland. Visual impact to vehicular traffic driving by will <br /> be limited to Phase I when excavation activities begin along the periphery of River Road and Harrold Avenue. <br /> Once Phase II commences, Phase I will be planted with Almond trees and the remainder of the project along <br /> River Road will be relatively obscured from public view. <br /> J.
