Fc^ 11 03 01 : 08P SSJID 209-82g-uaoa N• � <br /> EXHIBIT "B" <br /> STANDARD SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> 1-1 DEFI.OTIONS,TERtiIS, AND ABBREVIATIONS <br /> Whenever the following words or terms occur in all capitals within the DEVELOPERS <br /> AGREEMENT, the STANDARD SPECIAL PROVISIONS, STANDARD <br /> (CONSTRUCTION) SPECIFICATIONS and the SPECIAL DISTRICT BOARD OF <br /> DIRECTORS CONDITIONS, their meaning shall be interpreted as follows. <br /> AGREEMENT - The term AGREEMENT means the DR'ELOPERS AGREEMENT, the <br /> STANDARD SPECIAL PROVISIONS, SPECIAL DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br /> CONDITIONS, and the details and verbiage on approved' PLANS and DRAWINGS. <br /> CONTRACTOR-The individual,partnership,corporatior-joint venture,or other combination <br /> thereof who has entered into a contract with the OWNER or the performance of WORK. The <br /> term "CONTRACTOR" means the CONTRACTOR, Sub-contractor or their authorized <br /> representatives. <br /> DISTRICT - The South San Joaquin Irrigation District tSSJID). The term DISTRICT or <br /> DISTRICTS means the SSJID or its authorized representtatve. <br /> WYER - The term "OWNER" means the OWNER, O1%VER'S Project Developer or its <br /> authorized representative. In this case OWNER refers to prospective owner. <br /> PLANS and DRAWINGS - The PLANS and DRAWINGS and STANDARD <br /> SPECIFICATIONS or reproductions thereof,which show he location,character,dimensions, <br /> and details of WORK and the WORK UNIT to be done b} the OWNER which are approved <br /> in advance by DISTRICT. <br /> WORK - The furnishing of all equipment, materials, su-,7-::es, and services required b;the <br /> PLANS and DRAWINGS and any and all obligations.dt:=es,and responsibilities tn:dcrtaken <br /> Developrumt Agreement 7 of 21 <br />
