The finished WORK <br /> UNIT including all materials, equipment, and supplies provided by OWNER shall fully <br /> conform with all applicable state and federal safety laws,ruler, regulations, and orders. <br /> 1-7 OBSERVATION OF NN'ORK BY DISTRICT <br /> DISTRICT shall at all times during the term of this AGREEVfEN7 have access to the premises <br /> where the WORK UNIT is being perfomied and shall be furr.5bed with every reasonable <br /> facility for ascertaining full knowledge respecting the progress workmanship, and character <br /> of materials and equipment used and employed in the WORK UNTO. The OWNER shall <br /> furnish the DISTRICT timely notice of locations where work on the WORK UNIT will be <br /> performed and the periods curing which construction on the WORK UNIT will be in progress <br /> at these locations so that the DISTRICT may, if DISTRICT wig' zs, be present to observe the <br /> construction on the WORK UNIT. <br /> The observation, if any,by the DISTRICT,of the WORK UNIT shall not relieve the OWNER <br /> of any of his obligations to complete the WORK UNIT as pvrscTbed. Defective WORK <br /> UNITS shall be made gcod, and equipment, materials, and supplies famished and <br /> workmanship which is not in accordance with the approved PLANS and DRAWINGS and <br /> STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS may be rejected notwitt m ,ding the fact that such <br /> equipment, materials, supplies and workmanship have been previously observed by the <br /> DISTRICT. <br /> 1 GUARANTEESSURETi <br /> Besides guarantees required elsewhere, the OWNER shall arc hereby does guarantee all <br /> equipment, materials, and supplies furnished for a period of ox year after the "Notice of <br /> Completion" for the WORK UNIT is recorded. The guarantee period for complete portions <br /> of the WORK UNIT so utilized or placed into service shall be one year commencing on the <br /> Development Agreement 9 of 21 <br />
