b. LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following lot size and width regulations shall apply to <br /> this map: <br /> (1) All parcels shall have a minimum lot width of fifty (50) feet, measured a distance <br /> of 20 feet back from the front lot line (Development Title Section 9-310.4) or the <br /> lots shall average fifty (50) feet in width per Development Title Section 9- <br /> 310.4(a). <br /> (2) All corner parcels shall have a minimum lot width of sixty (60) feet, measured a <br /> distance of 20 feet back from the front lot line. COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> a.
