Hackett -2- <br /> STORM DRAINAGE AND SANITARY SEWER <br /> WILL SERVE FOR A SEVEN-LOT SUBDIVISION <br /> SEWER SERVICE <br /> We have reviewed the submitted sanitary sewer analysis supporting your request for the above mentioned <br /> subdivision to connect seven single-family residential dwellings to Pacific Garden's Sanitary Sewer <br /> System. The System will serve the proposed subdivision with sewer subject to the following requirements: <br /> 1. The cost for any extension, connection, or placement of new facilities shall be borne by the applicant. <br /> An improvement plan shall be submitted for review and approval. <br /> 2. If any interruption to the existing sewer system is necessary, the County's Utilities Maintenance <br /> Division shall be contacted to perform the task. <br /> 3. An Encroachment Permit is to be obtained from the San Joaquin County Department of <br /> Public Works prior to any work commencing within the County's right-of-way or sewer system. <br /> Also, prior to any connection to the sewer main, the City of Stockton must be notified. <br /> 4. A Plumbing Permit shall be obtained from the San Joaquin County Community Development <br /> Department Building Division. <br /> MISCELLANEOUS <br /> 1. A construction Notice of Intent (State General National Pollutant Elimination Discharge System <br /> Construction Permit) shall be required if one acre, or greater, of land is disturbed. <br /> 2.
