Hackett: <br /> This letter is in response to your request for a will-serve letter from Riviera Cliffs Storm Drainage System <br /> and Pacific Gardens Sanitary Sewer System for a proposed six-lot subdivision on Assessor's Parcel <br /> Nos. 109-040-20 and 109-040-21. <br /> WATER SERVICE <br /> The above referenced subdivision is located within the California Water Service Company service area <br /> for water service. Therefore, the applicant shall obtain a will-serve letter from the California Water Service <br /> Company for water service. <br /> STORM DRAINAGE <br /> We have reviewed the submitted drainage report supporting your request for the above mentioned <br /> subdivision to connect seven single-family residential dwellings to the Riviera Cliffs Storm Drain System. <br /> The Riviera Cliffs Storm Drain System will serve the proposed subdivision with storm drainage subject <br /> to the following requirements: <br /> 1. Per County Development Title 9-1135, the applicant shall submit engineering calculations and onsite <br /> drainage plans with collection paths for review. All driveways shall be at least three feet from any <br /> storm drain inlets. <br /> 2. Replace the existing outfall 12-inch storm drain pipe with an 18-inch corrugated metal pipe to carry <br /> the additional runoff generated as a result of the proposed subdivision. <br /> 3. The cost for any placement of new facilities shall be borne by the applicant. An improvement plan <br /> shall be submitted for review and approval. <br /> 4. An Encroachment Permit is to be obtained from the San Joaquin County Department of <br /> Public Works prior to any work commencing in the County's right-of-way or drainage system. <br />
