RECIEVED
October 31, 2007 N O V - 2 200;
-111
Community Development Dept,
Kevin Swanson
San Joaquin County
Community Development Department
1810 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, CA 95205
Re: PA-700055 (SU)
Dear Sir:
The proposed Major Subdivision is inconsistent with the existing CC&R's covering the
Riviera Cliffs Subdivision. As proposed it does not meet the condition of Item #7 which
states: "None of said lots shall be subdivided into building lots having less than 11,000
square feet of area of width of less than 80 feet, nor shall any building be erected on any
lot having and area of less than 10,000 square feet or frontage of less than 80 feet."
Item #13 of the CC&R's permits any Riviera Cliffs property owner or owners to bring
action against the violator.
As proposed, the subdivision would create a high density area within an otherwise low
density Subdivision that would further stress the fragile, inadequate and outdated sewer
water system, and the storm drain infrastructure. The entire infrastructure would have to
be updated and the cost borne by the new home owners. The 100 hundred or so trips
generated by the new homes in such a blind spot on Riviera Drive would be an accident
waiting to happen especially during fog conditions. This change in traffic would affect
me personally since I live on Riviera Drive.
Sincerely,
Alfred H ` ahlke ;
4272 Riviera Dr.
Stockton, CA 95204-1116
462342-1
