Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> Re: Hackett Building Proposal <br /> PA-0700055 <br /> Dear Sir: <br /> My wife and I live next to Richard Hackett's proposed RIMIERA ESTATES subdivision <br /> of 7 homes.. We strongly oppose this development on two lots which have only had two <br /> homes previously. <br /> Since we have lived here(10 years) two accidents have occurred in the curve where the <br /> proposed street will exit Riviera and Fairway. This will certainly increase the chances of <br /> more accidents. The proposed street into this property will be along our property line. <br /> The street drain will require extreme modification and the additional load on the sewer <br /> system will have to be adddressed. The road into and out of Riviera Cliffs is two lane <br /> and curvy. It is on top of a levy for the Calaverus River. This increases the danger of <br /> serious accidents and puts a great strain on the levy. <br /> This subdivision would most certainly not be consistant with the exsisting homes in this <br /> community.
