A residence exists on the property. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> 3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage <br /> ;Arding to a tentative map provided by Quartaroli and Associates, Inc. of Manteca, California,oF <br /> septic system currently exists on the Site which is associated with the residence. j No <br /> - its were found during a recent file review at the EHD. <br /> 3 On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> o o -site septic permits were found for the Site during a recent file review at the EHD. <br /> On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> No -site septic repair permits were found for the Site during a recent file review at the EHD. <br /> 1 .4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office <br /> reviewed a recent aerial photograph of the subject property available from GoogleEarthT". We <br /> counted the bu+lding clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that <br /> each building cluster has one septic system. Using this method, we determined that there are a <br /> minimum of 10 septic systems per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the Site. <br /> The general area consists of agriculture with scattered residences. <br /> 3.5 Septic Permit History in the Vicinity <br /> Based on a recent file review at EHD, the septic systems in the area appear to utilize leach lines <br /> and filter beds.
