The San Joaquin <br /> fto River was to the east of the property. To the west was Roberts Road, then residences, and a large <br /> debris pile. To the north was a dirt road,irrigation canal and an agricultural field. To the south <br /> was an agricultural field. <br /> 9M <br /> 3.2 Past On-Site Sources of Contamination <br /> ►. No potential above- or below-ground on-site potential or known sources of contamination were <br /> identified from past uses of the site, except for the following: <br /> Agricultural chemicals,including paraquat dichloride,methomyl,permethrin, carbofuran, <br /> chlorpyrifos,lambda-cyhalothrin, diazinon, and fenpropathrin have been applied to the <br /> subject property. Some of these chemicals are highly persistent or have been identified as <br /> .. potential groundwater contaminants. <br /> • Former structures on the property. <br /> 3.3 Current On-Site Sources of Contamination <br /> v No above- or below-ground on-site potential or known sources of contamination were identified <br /> from current uses of the site, except for the following: <br /> • Agricultural chemicals continue to be applied on the property. <br /> • Pile of tires is located on the property. <br /> • At least five abandoned vehicles are located on the property. <br /> r. • Oil appeared to be leaking from a pump into the irrigation canal on the eastside of the <br /> property. <br /> • Domestic well on property is no longer in use. <br /> 3.4 Past Off-Site Sources of Contamination <br /> No above- or below-ground potential or known sources of contamination to the subject property <br /> were identified from past uses of surrounding properties, except for the following: <br /> • Surrounding properties have been used for agriculture in the past;agricultural chemicals <br /> may have been applied to these properties. <br /> 9 <br />
