Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> Dear Mr. Griffin: <br /> Caltrans appreciates the opportunity to review and comment on the Site Approval <br /> Application to build a 12,960 square foot milking parlor for an existing dairy on a 267 <br /> acre site at 23243 N. Rond Road, Lodi. <br /> Our Environmental and Hydraulics units will be able to offer pertinent comments when <br /> the referral is accompanied by a detailed site plan. The site plan we received needs to <br /> include the following information for adequate review: <br /> • Assessor's map (or similar) showing adjacent parcels, property lines and State right- <br /> of-way. <br /> • Delineation of the existing driveway with respect to the State right-of-way and any <br /> existing and/or proposed storm water drainage facilities. <br /> Dimensioning in feet and/or meters will acceptable for this review, but will need to be <br /> metric when submitted for a permit, if one will be required. <br /> Any increases of discharge into the State drainage system must be mitigated. If the <br /> driveway grade may force sheet flow from the driveway onto Interstate 5, this flow must <br /> be intercepted. Existing drainage patterns must be perpetuated.
